This red is packaged with a stelvin cap. Deep crimson mauve colour. Aroma of truffle, earth and spice followed by a mulberry end note. The palate has good weight, with mulberry truffle flavours dominant. Firmish dry tannins which require a few years cellaring to come completely into balance. Very long aftertaste of mulberry, truffle and spice.
