A Classic Hunter Valley Semillon that is developing well and has a few more years to gain its complex flavour profile. Brilliant gold colour with pale gold hue, showing excellent developed colour and aroma – of honey, honeycomb, light hay and citrus. On the palate flavours of citrus and honey emerge, followed by a touch of toast. The acidity is falling away, but should hold. Aftertaste of honey and citrus.
