Brilliant straw colour. Aroma of spice, yeast lees and hazelnut followed by a cashew end note. On the palate, flavours of grapefruit and yeast lees, with a touch of butterscotch, but without great depth. Hints of yeast lees on the back palate. Soft acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of hazelnut, grapefruit and citrus.
