2001 Lindemans St. George Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep – almost opaque deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of cedar, spice and cigar box followed by end notes of blackcurrant and liquorice. Fine, very dry tannins. Flavours of blackcurrant and cedar. The tannins are a touch too dry for the fruit. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar, plum and spice.
