The blend consists of 50% Cabernet, 45% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Medium body. Crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of spice and blackcurrant, followed by a hint of liquorice and tea leaf. The tea leaf characteristics dominate the palate. Fine dry tannins, but there is little depth of flavour. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and tea leaf.
