Long ago there was Kanga Rouge, Wallaby White and Emu Wines. Now pop star Olivia Newton John has launched a red and white wine both packed in blue glass bottles called Koala Blue.
This is a huge step backwards for the Australian Wine Industry and quite regrettable. Olivia Newton John should have stuck to her pop career.
Bright straw colour. Straight forward nose and palate. Subtle aroma of peach and tropical fruit. Simple clean, soft acid finish. A quaffer!
