The creamy mousse is very impressive. Very fine bead. The base hue has pale straw colour with green hue. Restrained nose, with aroma of biscuit, yeast lees, citrus and grapefruit over a creamy textured palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of grapefruit and yeast lees. A clean aperitif style.
