The Last Bunch Grenache is grown on the Jerbic Vineyard, which produces some of McLaren Vale’s finest examples of the variety. This wine oozes varietal aroma and flavour. Brilliant, crimson mauve colour. The nose leaps out of the glass, with classic notes of raspberry, spice and liquorice – almost perfumed in its aromatics. The palate does not disappoint. Rich ripe fruit, mouthfilling flavours of spice, raspberry and liquorice, with just a hint of blackpepper and stewed fruit. Excellent length. Velvet smooth tannins, followed by very long aftertaste of spice, raspberry and blackpepper.
