Brilliant straw colour with green hue. The Semillon component dominates the nose with notes of yeast lees, subtle oak, confectionary and finally finishing with a slightly herbaceous end note. The palate has very good weight and depth of flavour, with the barrel ferment qualities of the Semillon coming to the fore. Crisp acid finish, followed by grassy, spice and subtle oak aftertaste.
