Bright gold colour with pale gold hue, showing signs of bottle age. Aroma of biscuit, yeast lees, hazelnut and butterscotch, showing good barrel ferment character. The biscuit flavours dominate the palate followed by a layer of yeast lees, cashew and nuances of honey. Soft acid finish, with aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and hazelnut.
