2001 Hardys Eileen Hardy Chardonnay

Wines produced under the Eileen Hardy label represent the finest expression of fruit flavour that can be found from any one vintage. This is a very tightly knit wine made in a way that will see the wine ‘grow’ considerable in the bottle.

Aroma of pale gold colour. Aroma of cashew and spice followed by notes of yeast lees and unripe nectarine. The palate reveals a creamy texture, with flavours of cashew, semi ripe nectarine, nuances of yeast lees and biscuit. Clean acid finish with aftertaste of unripe nectarine, spice and just a touch of toast.
