Here's another relatively old and beautifully coloured G&M Ledaig, drawn from a sherry butt. Peated Tobermory (aka Ledaig) is only put through the stills for a few months of the year. In this example expect aromas and flavours for red apples, cinnamon, red berries, dark chocolate and marmalade.
