2001 Golders Chardonnay
The colour is a touch dull, but of a straw colour. Aroma of honeycomb and spice, followed by lemon and yeast lees. The palate shows developed flavours with honeycomb, yeast lees and toast. Moderate palate length with a reasonable level of acidity still evident. Aftertaste of yeast lees, toast and honeycomb.

Bright pale gold colour, already showing some signs of bottle development. Aroma of biscuit and cashew followed by a toasted honey end note. The palate is quite dry with flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and flor yeast emerging. The primary fruit is beginning to fade. Soft acidity. Aftertaste of cashew and yeast lees.
