Bright straw colour. Excellent lifted nose of melon, fig and spice followed by hints of honeycomb, yeast lees and butterscotch. On the palate, flavours of butterscotch and spice are overlaid by a touch of grapefruit and melon, followed by background flavours of nut and yeast lees. Crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lemon, yeast lees and biscuit.
