A magnificent Cabernet with serious cellaring potential. Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Superb lifted aroma of spice, violet and liquorice. The palate demonstrates the power of the year and the wine’s ability to cellar. The structure is tight, yet perfectly balanced to the mouthfilling fruit flavours. Dark chocolate, spice and blackcurrant are supported by fine dry tannins which have a firm but balanced grip. Very long aftertaste of spice, liquorice, blackcurrant and black pepper.
