The Forest Hill vineyard at Mt Barker pioneered viticulture in the Great Southern district of Western Australia. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. On the nose, there is a touch of cedar, blackcurrant, dark cherry and truffle. Delicately perfumed. The Cabernet structure defines the firmish dry tannins of the palate, which are enhanced by spice and blackcurrant flavours. Spicy blackcurrant aftertaste.
