Deep crimson black colour with deep crimson purple mauve hue. The nose has a hint of spearmint followed by spice, white pepper, blood plum and dark chocolate – an aromatic sniff! The palate lets the nose down – being quite light. Flavours of liquorice with stewed fruit emerging on the back palate with a hint of chocolate. Simple palate structure. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of spearmint and stewed fruit.
