Made from a blend of 56% Sauvignon Blanc and 44% Semillon. The wine has been fermented and stored in stainless steel with a small but dominant component fermented in oak. Bright very pale straw colour with a touch of green. The nose displays a herbaceous grassy note, over a hint of unripe gooseberry, tropical fruit and a cinnamon oak end note. The palate has good weight, with cinnamon, spice and tropical fruit flavours. Crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit and spice.
