The CSM is composed of a blend of 60% Cabernet, 30% Shiraz and 10% Merlot. Very deep crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. The nose is showing some bottle age with aroma of spice, stewed fruit, cedar and leather. The palate flavours are at their peak, with plum, stewed fruit and leather being dominant, followed by cedar and liquorice allsorts in the background. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, leather and cedar.
