This vineyard is located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and is associated with the Northern TAFE Teaching College. Bright pale straw colour. Lifted nose with melon and fig top notes followed by spice and a hint of butterscotch. There are subtle barrel ferment flavours evident with a touch of yeast lees, hazelnut and cashew. Good length with long nutty yeast lees and cashew aftertaste.
