The grapes for this wine were grown at Dowie Doole’s Norjan Vineyard. Winemaking by Brian Light. Bright crimson brick red colour. Aroma of truffle and stewed fruit, followed by a hint of leather and confectionary. The palate reveals flavours of confectionary, mulberry, cassis and spice. Fine grained tannins. There is a touch of mocca on the aftertaste followed by spice and tea leaf.
