A very well made quaffer. Deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of stewed fruit and spice followed by a hint of confectionary, liquorice and cedar. The palate has good weight, with quite ‘joosy’ flavour. Ripe plum and blackpepper characteristics emerge. Soft tannins.
