2001 Di Giorgio Sparkling Lucindale Sparkling Merlot

Mauve crimson mousse with creamy head. Medium size bead with moderate persistence. Medium body with crimson colour. Subtle nose of stewed fruit and plum with a hint of liquorice. There is a fruit sensation on the palate with flavours of plum, mulberry and spice with a touch of liquorice on the back palate. Soft finish with aftertaste of plum, spice and liquorice.
