An excellent barrel fermented style. Bright straw colour. Aroma of butterscotch, biscuit, hazelnut and yeast lees showing impressive barrel ferment quality. Creamy palate texture with flavours of biscuit, roast almonds, cashews and hazelnut. Very spicy back palate. Clean acid finish with long roast almond spice aftertaste.
