Brilliant straw colour, with a hint of spritz. The nose is fresh, lifted and very aromatic with notes of spice, confectionery and ripe gooseberries followed by a herbal end note. On the palate, there is plenty of flavour, with gooseberry and tropical fruit finish emerging. Clean crisp acid finish, lingering ripe gooseberry aftertaste. Drink up.
