2001 De Bortoli Black Creek Cabernet Merlot

Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of truffle, mulberry and spice. Youthful yet with good varietal character. The palate flavours are short, stewed fruit and earth characteristics emerge. Fine soft tannins, stewed fruit aftertaste.
