A crisp grassy example of the blend. Bright straw colour. The nose displays grassy, dusty herbaceous notes over a capsicum background. On the palate, the grassy herbaceous flavour components dominate leaving the Sauvignon Blanc component to contribute some tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry characteristics. Crisp acid finish, followed by a dusty, herbaceous aftertaste.
