If this is an example of bottled Jupiter’s Blood, then its pretty light and tannic. Bright brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. The nose has a beefy top note followed by a hint of spice and subtle cherry. The palate is quite dry – very typical of the varietal, with dry firmish tannins which are very persistent. Hint of confectionary on the aftertaste.
