A well made Cabernet. Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Very distinct aroma of stewed plum, spice, mocca and dark chocolate. Full flavoured palate with flavours of spice, stewed plum and liquorice followed by a touch of black pepper on the back palate. Excellent length and mouth feel, fine grained tannins followed by a long plum and liquorice aftertaste.
