A soft – rather friendly Semillon, without the usual very high acid levels associated with young Hunter Semillon. Brilliant, almost water like colour. Grassy, herbaceous nose with subtle confectionery end note. On the palate the flavours are on the light side, with tropical fruit flavours dominant. Soft acid finish. Cellar 1-2 years.
