Bright, golden colour, showing the signs of oxidative handling of the Chardonnay juice. Aroma of cashews, biscuit, yeast lees emerge followed by nuances of butterscotch. The palate structure is slightly broad with flavour of grapefruit and yeast lees emerging. The acidity is a touch subdued, with some furry end palate flavours emerging, and a slightly warm back palate. Aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and butterscotch.
