2001 Boynton's Paiko Regent Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Merlot

The wine displays a deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of blackcurrant and truffle followed by a hint of cedar and old leather. The palate displays flavours of stewed fruit, leather and spice followed by the emergence of some dusty tannins. Good balance with aftertaste of stewed plum, spice, sour cherry and leather.
