Brick red colour, with brick red hue. Medium body. The nose reveals notes of spice and stewed plums followed by a layer of stalk, spice and leather. On the palate there are some green stalky flavours present, followed by stewed plums and spice with some black pepper. Firmish, dry tannins which persist. Aftertaste of stalk, white pepper and stewed plum.
