An outstanding multi-layered Chardonnay. The wine has been matured in Sanguin Moreau, Dargaud and Jaegle new oak barriques and undergone total malolactic fermentation. The wine displays bright pale gold colour. Nose of fig, biscuit, butterscotch and cling peach. The palate displays an excellent degree of complexity with layers of hazelnut, yeast lees, biscuit, cashews and grapefruit over a subtle toasted oak background. Excellent length and persistence. Crisp acid finish followed by very long cashew, biscuit and lees aftertaste.
