An excellent example of cool climate Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Delightful nose of spice, cherry and white pepper. The palate is well integrated, with fine dry tannin structure, showing excellent balance. Flavours of cherry, spice and liquorice allsorts emerge, which linger into the aftertaste.
