The wine has been made from a blend of 87% Sauvignon Blanc and13% Semillon. Bright pale gold colour, showing some signs of early development. Subtle nose with aroma of spice, confectionery and ripe figs. The palate flavours are relatively light, reflecting a difficult year for Eden Valley. Flavours of tropical fruits and ripe pineapple, followed by a hint of spice. Soft acid finish, followed by a tropical fruits and pineapple aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
