1999 Temple Bruer Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot

Organically grown, and produced from a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Petit Verdot. Very deep crimson colour with deep mauve edges. Very appealing nose with aroma of spice, stewed plum, blackcurrant and confectionery with a liquorice end note. Mouthfilling palate flavours of chocolate, ripe plum and spice with a hint of mint. Excellent length and balance, followed by a long blackcurrant, mint and spice aftertaste. Cellar 2 - 3 years. (2003 - 2004)
