A stalky Pinot with unripe fruit flavours. Medium body, crimson colour with brick red overtones. On the nose, there is good varietal character, with aroma of strawberry and game being superimposed over stalky, dusty notes. On the palate, the green stalky flavours are dominant, leaving the cherry, spice flavours well in the background. Soft tannins, followed by long stalky green aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
