Very deep crimson purple colour with deep mauve hue. Aroma of violets, plum, spice and white pepper, followed by a dark chocolate end note. On the palate, flavours of spice, ripe plum and blackpepper. Fine grained dusty tannins with some toasted oak flavours emerging. Stewed fruit and spice aftertaste.
