Very Deep mauve colour. Lifted noes of spice and chocolate followed by blackcurrant, violet and truffle notes. The palate displays excellent weight and structure, with distinct blackcurrant flavours, over a plum and spice background. Fine grained firmish tannins, followed by long blackcurrant, spice and liquorice aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
