A big, broad oxidized style. Bright golden colour. The mousse and bead dissipate relatively quickly. The nose reflects the colour of the wine, showing strong yeast autolysis character over a toasted end note. The palate structure is broad, again showing strong oxidized characteristics. Creamy texture, followed by a creamy, biscuit aftertaste. Soft acid finish.
