A superb Barossa Shiraz. Totally opaque, purple, crimson colour. Outstanding nose with very distinctive aroma of vanilla, plum, spice, almonds, marzipan, confectionery and liquorice. A superb sniff. Mouthfilling palate flavours of plum, blackberry and vanilla with again a very distinctive confectionery back palate flavour. Fine grained tannins with strong aftertaste of liquorice, confectionery and crushed blackberries. Outstanding value. Stocks are very limited. Cellar 8-10 years.
