The Rosemount GSM is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Very deep crimson colour, with mauve brick red edge. Appealing nose, with aroma of spice, confectionary and dark chocolate, followed by a hint of truffle. The palate flavours display lots of fruit quality. Full bodied with flavour of dark chocolate, spice and plum. Fine grained tannins, velvet smooth, followed by long aftertaste of spice, stewed fruit and dark chocolate. Cellar 2-3 years. (2003-2004)
