1999 Rosabrook Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

A blend of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Bright pale watery colour. The nose displays fresh intense and aromatic aromas of ripe gooseberries. On the palate the combination of ripe and unripe gooseberry, unripe passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours are evident. Clean crisp acidity, followed by long herbaceous, unripe gooseberry aftertaste. A great drink for the summer of the new millennium.
