A wine that should be impressive, however, the light dilute palate flavours let the wine down badly.Crimson mauve colour. Aroma of stewed fruit and liquorice, followed by notes of very ripe plum and toasted oak. The palate flavours are light and dilute with fairly straightforward stewed fruit flavours emerging. Fine grained tannins followed by a stewed fruits aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
