Bright, pale straw colour. The nose displays distinct barrel ferment aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees and spice. The palate is a touch austere, displaying flavours of grapefruit, citrus, flor yeast with a nutty background. The length and depth are satisfactory, slightly bitter but acceptable back palate, followed by an aftertaste of flor yeast and nut. Cellar 2-3 years.
