1999 was a very good year in the West, and this wine is filled with excellent ripe fruit aroma and flavour. Opaque, deep crimson colour. The nose is excellent- perfumed, and almost unexpected at this price point. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, blackcurrant, spice and plum, with a touch of earthiness on the back palate. Perfect balance, fine grained tannins, with long aftertaste of plum, spice, liquorice and earth.Cellar 3-4 years.
