A big Chardonnay! Bright straw colour. Aroma of vanilla, cinnamon, butterscotch, yeast lees, mango and peach, followed by tropical fruit end notes - no holding back the nose. Totally mouthfilling palate, huge fruit, with tropical fruit, spice, butterscotch, biscuit and yeast lees appearing on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish, followed by a very long aftertaste of spice, butterscotch and tropical fruit.
