Moët & Chandon Vintage 1999 is the 66th vintage from the Maison. The last harvest of the century was one of excellence. It offered grapes of extraordinary and paradoxical maturity, combining both intensity and roundness.
Quality : Brut
Assemblage : 31 % Chardonnay, 38 % Pinot Noir and 31 % Pinot Meunier
Colour : Pale gold.
Aromas : White fresh fruits (peach, pear), dried fruits, hints of toasted and malt notes.
Tasting : One is immediately seduced by a forceful sensation, an inviting and savoury presence, affirming a radiant, ample and fleshy fruitiness. This generosity grows, stretching to a firmness of caramelised and almost mineralised citrus fruits.
