This wine has been made from a blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.Medium bodied, crimson mauve colour. Aroma of vanillin oak, plum, spice and blackcurrant, followed by a hint of liquorice. Youthful palate flavours with an inky overtone, over layers of blackcurrant, blackpepper, vanilla and spice. Fine grained, dry tannins, followed by a spice and blackberry aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
